Here are some of the most asked questions we get here at CrossFit Trumbull.


How soon can I see results?

Provided that you've been cleared to exercise by your doctor or if you've been working out all along you can expect to see results in 1-2 weeks. The first thing you'll notice is a little bit more cardiovascular and lung capacity. In about 2-3 weeks you'll notice a little bit more strength, stamina and coordination. It really depends on what your fitness level is before joining a fitness program, the amount of times you're working out each week and what your diet is looking like. We can guarantee that you'll see results if come work out with us!


I have never worked out in my entire life. Can I still come to CrossFit Trumbull?

Absolutely! No matter what your fitness level is, we'll work with you to achieve a higher level of fitness and health.


What's it like at CrossFit Trumbull?

There are no egos here, no pressure and the only person you're competing with is yourself. We'll make sure that you're always progressing and be there for you to help you with your fitness goals.

We love to do obstacle course races, we do a number of fundraisers throughout the year and hold social events for our members. There's always something going on!
